Why is the image skipping and in black and white in windows but is perfectly fin

Hi, I connected my pc to an analog tv with s-video. The booting appears perfectly clear and in color but as soon as windows starts, the image gets in black and white and skips. This has to be a display settings issue in windows but wich?
