I have an old PC I just installed windows 7 on also. both pc windows 7. How do I put in the homegroup password on the new install pc ??? where do I do this? I just clean installed another windows 7 64bit install on my old machine... Fresh. It sees my exisiting pc and home network But when I type the password it says it is wrong. I changed the password on the main machine to something simple. I tried again password wrong. I left the home group.. created another. Then when it gave me the password I copied it and pasted into an email to myself. I retrieved email on other pc and pasted password... Windows still told me the pasword is wrong ??? WTF is going on? Help ??
