The ASUS one is about twice the price of the ASrock board here in India, but it offers some cool features like built in wi-fi, bluetooth, integrated sound and more importantly better overclocking potential (At least the reviews say so).
I have decided on core i5 3570k. But the confusion is whether an i5 overclocked to 4.6GHz be powerful enough for gaming after 3-4 years. I know it is not an easly or logical prediction, but upgrading is not an option since we don't have a good second hand market in India. So even if Haswell or something even more freakishly powerful comes up, I will be stuck with this. So is spending 200$ more(Rs-10000 in Indian currency) on the ASUS board wise for me?
This PC is mostly for gaming.
And one more question, is going above 4.6 GHz worth the cost and pain? How much real life performance increase is one going to get?
