Dell n5010 .vs. Corsair Vengeance 16GB (CMSX16GX3M2A1600C10)

I have Dell n5010 after i was buy new memory Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800) Laptop Memory (CMSX16GX3M2A1600C10) by Corsair
my laptop is work But both of " windows 8" and "Linux fedora 17" hang and reboot after show bluescreen
plz help me i need to install my system to do my work
but Linux is freeze and shutdown and windows 8 was reboot
I think dell must make bios update to fix this problem because is compatibility issue
