I Just built a new computer and I am now updating the drivers and do not know what to download for the chipset. I have a GA-Z68XP-UD3 Rev 1.3 windows 7 64bit.

which do I want to update the chipset.

It would be both. Compare the dates on what you have to what's online. If online has a later date use that.
Have you run Windows 7 update yet? It will find the 'best available' hardware drivers as well as get the OS updates. But also check that against what the GigaByte site has.
