My p5q3 mobo died thanks to a surge and now I only find this mobo used online for about 500 dollars (LOL who would pay that!?! right?!)

Does anybody have a socket 775 mobo that has two pciE 2.0 lanes (preferably SLI ready, but not necessary).

Please let me know if you want to sell a mobo with those features (any brand is ok)

I'm trying to figure out what this made-in-china piece of **** is. Can anybody help me out? I mean, it is an x38 chipset supposedly, and I think I even see two PCI express lanes there lol, and its new (and very cheap)!

Does anybody know what is up with this thing?

I found what looks like a perfect motherboard, and at an ok price. The ram will be slower than in the P5Q3, and it has a "parallel" input in the back which is completely obsolete... other than that, the CPU and SLI compatibility should do the trick!

This one uses DDR2, will my DDR3 work with it?

No. You may want to go with an x58 board and 920 cpu combo; most of the 775 sli boards use expensive ddr2. I've seen x58 combos as low as $250 recently on craigslist and anandtech's for sale forum.
