Best PSU for around 100$

Hi, im looking for a great 550-750W PSU to replace the Raidmax RX-500S that came in my smilodon case. i have a 100$ spending limit.

PC specs.
-Raidmax Smilodon Case (Black/Blue/White)
-Asus M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 MoBo
-AMD Phenom II x4 970 Deneb @ 3.5 GHz
-8GB G.Skill Sniper Series 1333 (10666) DDR3
-Coolermaster Hyper 212+ Heatsink/fan
-no GPU currently, only an onboard Radeon HD 4250. planning on getting a Radeon HD 6850 or up.
-Western Digital Caviar Blue 320GB 7200 RPM 3.0GB/s

i was hoping to get something modular and it has good reviews and the 620w is exactly what ill need knowing im only going with a 1 gpu build.
