Will my house's wiring support this system?

The monitor is a Compaq FS7555.

The tower is this CostCo deal.

The wiring in the house is the kind with blocks of four cartridge fuses each and six Tron TL plug fuses, green (I assume "green" means TL-30).

Is this monitor plus this tower a threat to the wiring system? Will it run?

Also, I'm planning to trade someone the 1TB drives out of this for 125GB drives because I hear they're less crash-prone. My cost limit is a grand-- would I be better served by simply building my own?

In our old place, the toaster blows the circuit breaker ;)

You don't say what you plan to use the system for, so there's no way to advise on if this is a good system for you.

If you have 125V service, 30A x 125V = 3750W * 80% = 3000W max on the single circuit to be safe. That speaks of the fuse but it doesn't speak for the wiring itself, if it's done right, if it's CU vs AL, etc. so a qualified electrician would know better. That PC + monitor will not draw 3000W however.
