Sennheiser PC360 Windows 7 - Doesn't register Microphone.

Hello,

I have just bought a Sennheiser PC 360 G4ME, but I can't seem to get the microphone to work. I have an Asus Rampage II Extreme with integrated Sound Card, and other microphones have worked fine in the past. The sound itself comes out fine, but Windows 7 doesn't register the microphone part. I have plugged it into the correct plug in the back. Am I missing something here in order to get it to work?

1) Be sure that the mic is not muted in windows
2) that mic volume is at an appropriate level
3) the mic is in working order

Thanks for the reply, I have solved the issue now, it seems to be a driver issue, but and update fixed it
