I have DSL through an ISP and they have allocated four sequental IP's to me. I was wondering how I can assign the other three I am not currently using to systems on my lan. I have a Linksys 4 port DSL Router. I have look around a bit and can't seem to find a clear answer on how to assign the ports on the router to those other ip's. My dsl modem is plugged into the router and this is how i currently get access to the 'net for my machines

Thanks,
Paul

short answer is that you cannot.

The router takes the place of a directly connected system.

What you could do is:

DSL Modem -> hub. Connect the router to the hub to place secure PCs behind and then place insecure PCs (web server, mail, DNS) on the hub as well for public access.
