Harpers Pin

Hi guys

I have played through BG2 quite a few times now but have never found the
Harpers Pin.
In fact i only heard about it today whilst randomly on the internet. Any
ideas about how to find it? All i can find is that it has something to do
with the Jaheria romance.
Don't worry, spoilers are welcome

At the end Elminster will appear ask a few questions, don't remember the exact
dialog sequence, but if she/you think you have done right/the right thing,
Elminster will give her the harper pin that only she can wear.
