Boot to legacy os

I have a PC that stuck on boot to legacy os mode. Also this PC is has been installed with Ubuntu. I decide to removed it and I don't know how I did, but now it stuck on boot to legacy os...

you need to reinstall the OS. what OS did you use? dual boot ubuntu and win 7?

you need to reinstall win 7 because the bootloader is on ubuntu

Before, I just use ubuntu. I try to format the HDD, because Win 7 would not install .
