Yahoo.com not opening

Hey i am posting this reply again coz i didn't have my pc for 2 months or so i was working on my laptop in which yahoo.com opened with no problem.
Now, back to my pc i am experiencing the problem again.Is this a mac address problem coz i have already changed my network address. Do i need to change the the mac address of router too?If yes then how?
