Approximate Purchase Date: Within the Week

Budget Range: $900-$1200

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming mostly

Parts Not Required: Gaming Mouse... (OS) Win7 Home Premium

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg preferably

Country: USA

Parts Preferences: None really.

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: Yes

Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080

Additional Comments: I spent a few hours putting this all together. Bare in mind that I've never built my own computer before and so I ask for a little help in making sure that what I put together will... work... =)

I'd like - to find ways of cutting price without sacrificing power... Maybe bundle deals I was unaware of or different sites?
- Basic review of my selected components... Did I select anything notoriously crappy?
- General constructive criticism

Thanks ahead of time!

change mobo to a Z68

GPUs suck really bad if your gonna get 2 its better off to just get one high end GPU like the 570 or even 580 if you can afford it instead of 3 crappy ones (go with a MSI, EVGA, Gigabyte)

Get the Hyper 212+ for CPU cooler

Your HDD is weak, drop the SSD get a bigger HDD, 250GB will fill up fast

I've never heard of the brand your monitor is coming from but its cheap w/e. I would personally go with an Asus or Samsung 23"

550Ti is so trashy that they dont even compare it to other models they are made for gaming purposes from what I have heard as well

If you want to save some extra money:
1) ASRock has a good Z68 motherboard for around $125
2) Reduce HDD down to a 500GB
3) RAM can be reduced to $GB (2x2GB) for around $20

I gave you a 650W PSU i dont think it will be capable of handling 2 560 Ti's in SLI but if you can use the savings from this list and get a 750W then you would be able to SLI down the road the, you should be able to grab one. Hell you can even gra this one:

Yeah. Just did some actual research on those GPUs... Hah. I'm moving over to a single 560 TI GPU.
Dropping the SSD. Unless windows 7 takes less then 30GB in which case I found a 30ish dollar one.
And picking up another 250GB HDD Or maybe getting a 500GB depending on what prices I can find.
I have an unused 320gb HDD laying around here somewhere that I'll use for some more space.
Also, went with a very well reviewed RaidMax 750w power supply.
And switched to ASRock z68 MOBO.

All solid suggestions I really appreciate it! Build total is currently $1002.88

I'd suggest just getting an SSD now and wait for HDD prices to go down, then get one.
