Can I use Ram with 2 differant timings?

I already have 16GB of Corsair Vengeance RAM 1600mhz 10-10-10-27, so I don't really need more, but the MOBO I just bought came with another 8GB stick 1600mhz 10-10-10-30.

Both brands are 1.5v


Simple yes or no would suffice unless further explanation is needed.

Assuming the CPU is able to reliably drive the control signals at 32 chips per channel, it should work if you set each timing to the slowest of any DIMM in your setup.

If there are random memtest86 failures with four DIMMs installed, you may need to drop to 1333MT/s or lower.
