Buying dilemma

Hey guys, I am in a dilemma on what to buy for my friend. So the budget is 100€ and I got 2 choices;

1. A second hand 9800GTX 1GB for 80€ in a good condition - Owner (my uncle) changed it because he bought a better one
2. 1GB Gainward GTS 450 for 95€ found - http://www.scanmalta.com/eshop/1gb-gainward-gts-450-pci-express-video-card.html

I need your opinions, it would be really helpful.

I don't know if you have access to newegg where you live, but you might wanna consider the gtx 460. This is selling for pretty cheap right now. And it is in your price range. Between the two, the gts 450 is way better than the 9800gtx...

GTS450 is a bit faster but i think the performance should be close. however the GTS450 can be overclocked reaching near or equal to 5770 performance which is around 4870/ GTX260 performance. other than that GTS450 also have DX11 while 9800GTX is only have upto DX10.
