Computer wont turn on

hey, i bought a Cooler Master - CM Storm Scout Mid-Tower Chassis and i cant get the thing to turn on. Its something with the power button plug ins im pretty sure because i hooked up the power button from the case my computer originally came with and it turned on and worked fine. I dont know what cords im plugging in wrong. Somebody please help!

If you just bought it read the instruction pertaining to the start button wiring.
