Are the CPU pins supposed to be bent?

I am currently building a PC and it won't boot. I noticed on my mobo where I put my CPU that all the pins are bent. It's all bent uniform two different ways though. Is it supposed to be that way? Its a ASRock Z75 Pro3 motherboard and I installed an Intel Pentium G860 3 GHz.
