Amd phenom 1045t vs 1090t?

isnt the 1045t just lower clocked? whats the diffrece and should i pay more for the 1090t

The 1090 has an unlocked multiplier as well so it is easier to overclock. Between the two I would get 1090T

The AMD Phenom II X6 1090T is way better than the AMD Phenom II X6 1045T! AMD Phenom II X6 1090T costs $226.93 and the AMD FX-8120 Eight-Core which is much better than both AMD Phenom II X6 1090T and 1045T costs $199.99! I would recommend buying the AMD FX-8120 Eight-Core processor which is better and cheaper than the 1090T and 1045T in every aspect! If you have a choice only between the 1090T and the 1045T I would tell you to buy the 1090T which is better then the 1045T although it's a lot more expensive! The difference between the performance of the 1090T and the 1045T isn't small so it's worth it to buy the 1090T!

1090T is the way to go, the Single threaded performance of the top end Thuban cores even beats the single threaded performance of the BullDozer series

Any test you read from respectable hardware sites from the bulldozer release will point to how much a disappointment they are except for few specific applications.
