Which Motherboard is better and what should I upgrade to?

I currently have the Asus M5A88-M motherboard. I am thinking of upgrading to the Biostar TA990FXE. Is this a good upgrade?

My Specs:

Phenom II x4 Black Edition
1333 MHz Ram
Radeon 6850
620 Watt Power Supply
Western Digital 5400 RPM HardDrive
One Optical Drive

If the Biostar motherboard I suggested isn't a good choice, what should I upgrade to?

I would venture to call that a side grade, not much up involved if keeping the same processor since the board itself does not represent any improvement in performance
