Keep in mind that I live in Malta Europe (An island just below Sicily) and that my budget is in between 1450-1550 euro's (including shipping cost), I do Photoshop, web development, convert DVD to DivX, gaming (The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim), and am studying C-sharp

I need someone's opinion on on-line hardware shopping in regards to

1) http://www.kmcomputer.de (its a German on-line computer shop, I used chrome translation tools to browse it and read customer review's)

Anyone ever bought from them?
Is there shipping any good?
Is there someone better?

2)Are these components good together or is there a better configuration?

ASUS P8Z68 V-PRO - Z67 / DDR3 € 169.99 ,No. 31 138

Your build is unbalanced

You have a top end processor , and a bottom of the mid range graphics card .
Games are limited by the graphics card not the processor .

Buy AT LEAST a 6870 , and preferably a 6950 or GTX 560 ti .
If that means compromising on the processor then do it . Skyrim runs as well on a dual core cpu as on a quad , but if you play other games then stick with a quad . The 2400 will work fine .

The cpu cooler is over kill . Sandy bridge processor run cool . A Cooler Master Hyper 212 is all you will need

There is no benefit from using 16 of RAM . There's no improvement when you go from 4 to 8 gig that you would ever notice so 16 gig is as useful as setting cash on fire .

Thanks for the reply

So prices in graphics cards are
6850 € 128.99 to € 162.99 (mine €151.99)
................... VS..................
6870 € 156.99 to € 354.99 addition of between €5 to €203
6950 € 204.99 to € 264.99 addition of between €53 to €113
560ti € 197.99 to € 273.99 addition of between €46 to €122

The Intel Core i5 2500K € 189.99 vs Intel Core i5 2400 4x3.1GHz € 186.99 = a € 3 save that's negligible and I downgraded the cpu cooler to an Akasa Venom AK-CCX-4002HP € 34.99 with 6.9 dBA noise vs the Cooler Master Hyper 212 € 32.99 with 13 dBA noise becouse price are close and the Akasa Venom has better reviews.

As far memory goes 8GB Corsair Vengeance at € 49.99 ,No. 30 211 will suffice

So we are at a total of [EUR] 1.448,83 (if I take a HIS HD6850 IceQ Turbo X 1024MB)
or [EUR] 1.501,83 (if I take a SAPPHIRE (LRT) HD6950 1024MB at € 204.99 ,No. 30 618)

But I am still undecided on which brand of HD6950 graphics card I am to chose between( Asus, His, Sapphire, club 3d, XFX and PowerColor )
any suggestion ...?

The 6950 stock cooler is OK , but some of the other models with dual fan set ups are quieter . I cant be more specific sorry . I would look at what you can afford and then search for reviews of those particular models , keeping in mind that sometimes clock speeds are different in the USA , Europe and here in NZ

Definitely not worth saving 3 Euro to downgrade the processor .
