Asus P8Z77-V Deluxe vs ASRock Fatal1ty Z77 Professional

Hi there,

I want to buy a new motherboard. My shop downstairs has these 2 top mainboards: Asus P8Z77-V Deluxe and ASRock Fatal1ty Z77 Professional.

I want to buy a new and good mainboard. So which do you want to choose? The reason for buying by local dealer is, I am allowed to return the board within 14 days.

I've these other components: Intel Core i7-3770K; 16GB RAM, AMD HD6970; Intel ssd 510 Series 200GB + WD VelociRaptor 240GB.

Board should be good for overclocking, stable and fast.
