2500k or 1100t for Crossfire 6950's 2GB? Tags: Homebuilt Crossfire Systems Last response: November 18, 2011 7:43 PM in Systems Share comatosed November 18, 2011 6:02:31 PM So I currently have a 965BE I would like to upgrade which would better support my GPUS (Sapphire 6950s Unlocked)? The 2500k or the 1100T? Use the system for gaming only I want the best performance from these two options. But I am not sure you will notice much of a performance difference, especially if you are already overclocking. If you are not overclocking I would strongly suggest it. Just my 2cents though. autoordnance November 18, 2011 6:16:51 PM 2500k... no diggity, no doubt Related resources Two toxic 2gb hd 6950s , in crossfire - Forum Intel i7 960 vs. AMD Phenom II x6 1100T - Forum Will a 650w run 2 crossfire 6950s ? - Forum 1100t trade for 2500k - Forum Which, if any, 2gb 6950's are still able to be unlocked to 6970? - Forum Can't find your answer ? But the 2500k is the better game performer. comatosed November 18, 2011 7:09:59 PM Yeah i figured as much but just wanted to ask on the forums.
