Asus P8P67 Pro Bios update?

Hello,
I have a P8P67 PRO ASUS motherboard that i used to assemble my new gaming computer a couple months back. I haven't updated the bios yet and I was wondering if I should update them or not?

When i bought the motherboard i just ran it and used it never updated the bios or anything.

If no problems no need to update BIOS. Bios update can brick a board and is best left alone if everything is fine.

Well, I do sometimes get B.S.O.D.S when I either restart or turn on my computer? What's up with that?

Most BSOD's are caused by ram errors so running memtest might find that http://memtest.org/
If no errors BIOS update might be in order.

Hmm memtest? How do i run it? it's not an exe.
