Memtest86 usb shows different ram setting

Hi guys.....
I have a kingston hyperx blu 1600 but when running memtest shows different ram setting.
Shows smething like this:
"Setting: ram : 400mhz (ddr-800)/ cas 9-9-9-27 / ddr3 (64bits)"
Is there something wrong?is it a bug?
