does the storm enforcer cpu cut out line up with matx boards?

I had a CM HAF 932 and the cpu cut out did not line up with the cpu on my matx motherboard.

I am going to buy the enforcer with this mothe board http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_775/P5G41TM_LX/#specifications

And want to make sure it will line up because i will install the CM hyper 212 plus
