Hello, i am using mtnl broadband and modem is sam300ax...internet is connet properly..now i want to conect netgear wireless router(wgr61 v9) sothat i can connect internet on another two pcs.i will attach wifi Dlink adptors in another two pcs..i donot how do this? anybody give me step by step process..

Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

I'm a bit confused (it's an age thing :D) by the thread title and the message text. If you plug the Netgear into the uplink socket of the MODEM, it should start broadcasting a signal straight away and the D-Link adapters will "see" that signal and connect to it, assuming it has no security key set. You must set a key quickly to avoid being hacked and the Netgear instruciton manual will tell you how.

Unless you've made changes to standard Windows settings (any version) the DHCP will be automatic and there's no more to do but can you please clarify your title comment about the "test led not working"?.
