Computer won't post after change of motherboard

Hi, I've changed my motherboard after a previous one failure but the problem is that there's no post on booting. I've noticed that the Hard Disk plus the mouse(USB) are detected and the fans run smoothly but the PS2 keyboard isn't detected plus the VGA(on Board) doesn't post. I've tried all the suggestions on this site but all in vain. Any help please?

Is the new motherboard the same make & model of the board it replaced?
