MSI Z77A G45

Hey guys, I am here regarding this MSI mobo.
I wanna ask anyone have this mobo? Any problems?

This mobo has all the features I need and also looks great.

I also intend to over clock my i5 3570k too about 4Ghz. And I know this mobo is easily cab able of doing that. If I wanted to do a major over clock I would get the extreme so don't tell me.

It seems that MSI is leading now in motherboard and graphics cards.

Also how was your experience with this board?

MSI is a good brand but not leading anything although very popular in GPU's, Other brands like Asus and Gigabyte are their full equals if not better in motherboards and Asrock has nice features for the price..
