Good graphics cards for duo core

Can you guys please help me, i have a Core Duo (2.13), NVidea 7950GT, 1GB, 250GBHD and would like to update the graphics card, Thanks guys

GTS450 would be the max card I would go for with that CPU, then overclock a little on the CPU.
