recently bought a different motherboard and figures i have to update the bios but i cant with the FX 8320 because it doesn't work with it without the bios update...
so here i am, hoping that someone can tell me if this motherboard will work with my cpu with out any problems, no bios updates, etc. would really appreciate any help after not being able to use my PC for ever. the mobo: http://www.ebay.com/itm/ASUS-M5A97-AMD-970-CrossFireX-S...

my current specs:
ASUS M5A78L-LMX PLUS
4GB vengence 1600 MHz RAM
GTX 470
600 Watt PSU
FX-8320

will prob sell my current mobo, as its useless to me. if theres a better motherboard i should get just let me know, would like to keep it around $100 though.
Thanks in advance!

Why don't you just borrow a CPU in the interim to do a flash from a computer store or failing that buy a single core sempron and flash from there. Here you go; http://www.ebay.com/itm/AMD-Sempron-140-Single-Core-2-7...

how complicated would it be? i dont want alot of hassle.

It would be easier than replacing a motherboard. Get the steps to bios flash from asus. Normally you can do it from a thumb drive or even from Windows.
