970A-D3 + CM Storm scout front panel HELP PLZ :/ !!!

am i missing something or is there seriously no way to use my front usb 3.0 ports even though my freakin board has usb 3.0 slots on it? that tpm connector with like 10 pins on it doesnt seem to have a place on my mobo...so as of now i just have the usb2.0 plugged in...any adapter or way around this? or aM I just an idiot thats missing some of my brain today and overlooked somethinG? thanks so much for the help.

No onboard USB3 connector http://www.gigabyte.us/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3908#sp common with cheaper boards. You can add a card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16815124122 or an adapter http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812162025 and use them as USB 2 ports.
