What makes a Mother board better from another?

I'm looking at two different mother boards at the moment and both will work for my build but the difference is $100. I looked at their specs and they look fairly similar so what makes the price difference in these two?

The CPU I'm looking at is a i7 3770k Ivy bridge 3.5GHZ and I don't want to end of cheaping out on the MB bottle necking my computer.

More about what makes mother board another
  1. In this case the fancy plastic shielding on the Sabertooth and better power regulation and therefore the possibility to squeeze out that last 0.1 GHz of overclock from the CPU.
