Is my i5 25k temperature bad?

hi ya

just done my first build like 2hrs ago and i want to ask are this temperatures bad (using cpuid hardware monitor) using a CORSAIR Hydro Series H60..plz help

ahh thx and i want to ask one more thing im looking at cpu-z and where it says core speed i have 1648.5 mhz and it keeps jumping to 4323.8 mhz and just want to know is that ok?

Yes is ok. When your CPU is in idle your motherboard downgrade the frequency for power economy and when you give to the CPU to work the mobo raise the frequency.
