Gpu won't fit, crosses over onto the 24 pin socket

I tried to put it in between the wires of the 24 pin socket,

but I can't push it down

Not much you can do except find a shorter video card, find a larger motherboard, or live with the onboard graphics.

Anything else will require modification of the motherboard.

already learning how to build PCs and I will buy a cundle off ebay

assemble it myself

then buy a zalman 9500 for the cpu cooler

my budget is 150 pounds. and 20 for the cooler,
