Feedback new build

Approximate Purchase Date: This week or the week after!

Budget Range: 800-1000

System Usage from Most to Least Important: gaming, surfing the internet, watching movies all important!

Parts Not Required: Need everything.

Preferred Website: Newegg

Country: USA

Parts Preferences: I don't care. Rather pay few more bucks for better quality!

Overclocking: Maybe.

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe.
Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080. Will probably buy a monitor <$200

Additional Comments: I want to make sure I invest in something good. I rather spend some more $ if needed. Still have to buy a monitor + keyboard + mouse. Like to stay in 900-1000$ range.

Tried to put something together myself. I would love some feedback.

  2. Thanks for the quick response.

I have the http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16814127565 instead of the Sapphire should I switch?

I'm at a total of $950 dollars. Including OS + ASUS 24x dvd burner

Still need to buy monitor, keyboard, mouse and speakers
  3. No. It's okay! :D

That 560ti is pretty good too my friend.

If you plan to OC, then i would suggest you add a HYPER 212 EVO.
  4. Spend more on a larger HDD. You'll thank me in six months
  5. Will this pc be pretty powerful?

Also do I need a network card to connect to the internet? Sorry I am a youngster as you can tell.

Anything else I should be aware of with this build? Thank you

Hmm.... I would love to get that, but I'm trying to stay below $1000. I still need to buy a monitor etc. That adds another $300-400.
  9. Yeah, you really need one.

    USB Version 150mbps max
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833704045

    PCI version 150mbps max
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833704059

If your net is faster than that then you might want the 300mbps max but i doubt it is.
  10. Don't worry about the HDD. Using a 320gb right now and it's not even half full. :D

Seagate is pretty good too. Don't worry about it. 1tb is enough. Just get one when you really it or when there is a sale.
  11. So the one I have listed is more than enough for now?

  12. Just make sure you delete a game after you play it.

    It's okay :). wait for a promo on a 500gb or 1tb hard drive.
