^^ Yes please.
The brand and model (not just the wattage) of your PSU is needed to determine how powerful a GPU you can run without smoking something.
Budget clearly puts an upper limit on how much money you're willing to spend.
The mobo model will tell us what kind (and how many) slots it has for a graphics card. What CPU do you have? Is it overclocked, or are you willing to do so? If so, what CPU cooler do you have?
And, we need to know what you want to do. Watching movies has different (and much lower) requirements than playing games. Playing Crysis has much higher requirements than playing Farmville.
