I'm building a few computers this weekend.

One of them will have this power supply http://ncix.com/products/index.php?sku=58382&promoid=13...

in this case

The computer will be sitting on the floor beside my table.

Would it be better for the power supply to face up blowing air into all my parts like the graphics card?

Or

Will it be better to make the PSU face down so the fan blows the ground?

If on carpet, fan up. No carpet, fan down.

Okay...The case will be sitting on a floor...Not on a carpet....But isn't there a very SMALL gap between the PSU vent and the floor? Will that cause problems?

No unless you get a lot of dust bunnies under there :)

It's about the same gap as on my 650D and there are no problems from mounting it face down.

Okay and just to confirm. PSU Fan's blow air OUT. Not in right?

This is going to be my first build with these types of PSU. In the past I've built computers with these psu's

Link which PSU you are using and we can look.

Edit:

Sorry just looked at the op lol

Yeah that psu will pull air into the psu by the plug and exhaust it out the top.

But I can make the top face the floor so it blows onto my floor. Wont cause any issues right.

ive tested PSU both in fan up and fan down position and it makes no difference. the only thing fan down helps with is keeping dust out of the PSU (assuming the case has a filter) but you can just get a magnet filter and use that in fan up position.

Nope!
A modern psu such as the Corsair model you linked pulls air in through the large top fan and expels air out the back of your unit.
Doesn't really matter which way you face the fan imo.
Your case has a psu cut-out and filter = check it every two weeks.

Uhh.....So do I face the PSU down (towards the floor) with barely any room to breath.

Or up...So it sucks in all the hot air and exhausts via the psu plug area
