Gtx 295 not working?

hey gys i have a problem with my gtx 295, i dont seem to get any video from it? i have an ultra x4 750 watt psu rated at 56A on the 12v rails. it this psu not good enought? everyother video card works fine and the LED indicator on my 295 is green which is correct power being delivered. i have a single pcb hydrocoper version if that helps. thanks guys/girls

Has it been working up to this point and were there any signs of it starting to not work ? Have you tried the different ports and have you moved it or reseated it recently.

It was working fine in a friends system. We traded vidoe cards he wanted my gtx 295 and I wanted his do to the water block. Neither cards work in my system . And yes its water cooled with its own loop.
