How do i know if my video card is bad

Hello,
I have a Visiontek ATI Radeon 5670 video card in my desktop. it ran fine for about a week with intermittent blue screen issues but now I cannot get a signal to a monitor. I can't tell if it is my video card or what else. I have tried using different monitors and different ports but nothing works.

Only way to know for sure is trying the card in a different computer or a different card in yours.

It could be the video card, it could be the power supply. The only way to know is try another video card.
