Why no custom soundtracks on PSP?

As I was going through the THUG2 playlist and unchecking the shitty songs I
didn't want to hear, it occurred to me... how hard would it be for a game to
access the music directory on your memory stick and allow you to select your
own songs for in-game play? Do any games do this? (Not EA games of course,
because they ram their MaxAssTrax down your throat).
