Are these parts compatible? and will they fit?

Solution
When asking if parts are compatible, please name the parts .... links give us all RSI.

-MoBo does not offer industry standard 3 year warranty ...even Biostar offers 3 years !

-RAM - Ya say ya worried about cooler interference but went and picked tall, toothy heat sinks. The only cooling effect of these big coolers is that they "look cool". While they served a purpose (when they were effective) w/ DDR2, they are absolutely useless on DDR3.

At more than 2" tall in certain areas the Corsair Vengeance could pose a problem for users like me who use large coolers such as the Scythe Mugen 2. I was able to use the Corsair Vengeance only after I mounted the fan on my cooler on the backside. Size is definitely a concern with heat spreaders of this size and therefore I encourage users to check that they will have enough space under their heatsinks before purchasing the Corsair Vengeance kit.

The problem I have with the Corsair Vengeance is the same I have with many kits of RAM on the market. Companies insist on putting large coolers on their RAM and it limits the choice in CPU heatsinks that can be used within users system. DDR3 does not require these elaborate coolers with its lower voltages which translate to lower temperatures then RAM saw during the DDR, and DDR2 era. Corsair is correcting this with low profile versions of its Vengeance line but ultimately I would like to see the average size of coolers drop instead of having to look for specific low profile versions of a memory line.

Get the low profile versions of same memory....

-The Barracuda XT is a superb drive with a great warranty. The Barracuda 1Tb only has 2 years and a seemingly high failure rate.

-PSU - Only gets an 8.5 from jonnyguru .... don't need more than 650 watts for a single 580

-Cooler - The 212 is a great budget cooler .... but with one and later two 580's you're not building a budget box. I'd wait for the 612 if ya wanna stick with the CM make .... available on the other side of the pond but not here in US as yet. The Scythe Mugen 3 will get ya 5-7 C lower temps, Thermalright Silver Arrow will get ya 7-10C lower temps.

Alternatives:

-Two 900 MHz 560 Ti's will get ya 40% more performance for less money than the single 580.....a XFX Core Edition 850 will more than handle the oad (9.5 jonnyguru rating)

-Antec 1200 V3 or DF-85 w/ CP-850 will be a nice PSU upgrade (10.0 rating) and, having build several boxes with each, I prefer the Antec's over the HAF's. If ya got money to spend, the Level 10GT Snow is a phenomenal (yes, expensive but worth the investment IMO) case....the Corsair 500R is another one to consider
