Hello,Which is better the FX 6100 or the phenom II x4 960t zosma

FX - Newer better instruction sets decent multithreadind average IPC performance.
Zosma - Broken X6, probably better IPC than the FX and dirt cheap.

Because they can run of a AM3+ I would say the Zosma, maybe you will be lucky and get the two cores unlocked, otherwise you will have a nice little quad core with some OC headway. And no I didn't flip a coin.
