More about good gaming
  1. Oh and if it's possible to get a PC that's as good as that for cheaper then tell me, it has to be available to Irish people though.
  2. This topic has been moved from the section Graphics & Displays to section Systems by Mousemonkey
  3. What resolution ?

The 5670 provides "exceptional 1680x1050 performance in most games, 1920x1200 in most games with lowered detail" according to THG. The 6570- in there is two tiers below that.
  4. Well, if it can play max settings(ultra, I think it's called) in 1680x1050 with a couple mods at decent FPS(never or hardly ever, dropping below 20)then it's good enough for me.

That PC does not meet recommended specification. It lacks a good processor & graphics card at a minimum.

    This is from toms -
To meet the recommended PC specification, you'll need the following:

    Windows 7/Vista/XP PC (32 or 64 bit)
Processor: Quad-core Intel or AMD CPU
    4 GB System RAM
    6 GB free HDD space
DirectX 9 compatible NVIDIA or AMD ATI video card with 1GB of RAM (Nvidia GeForce GTX 260 or higher; ATI Radeon 4890 or higher).
    DirectX compatible sound card
    Internet access for Steam activation

And here's the minimum requirements to get the game up and running:

    Windows 7/Vista/XP PC (32 or 64 bit)
Processor: Dual Core 2.0 GHz or equivalent processor
    2 GB System RAM
    6 GB free HDD Space
Direct X 9 compliant video card with 512 MB of RAM
    DirectX compatible sound card
    Internet access for Steam activation

And it certainly won't play on "ultra" @ 1680x1050
  6. Damn, can you find me a PC that can?

    or

    This @ $750
