Hello fellow members, I recently purchased a MSI Z77A-G43 (Intel 1545) motherboard and a Corsair CX430 PSU, while I was about to connect the 8 Pin CPU plug to the motherboard I saw that the "pins" are different or the shape of the pins. Everything else is connected but the 8 pin cpu connector is holding me back. I created a image to show what I mean. I'm not sure if they're compatible or if I purchased the wrong PSU? If they're compatible will this power supply "support" my specs:

Intel i5 3550
MSI Z77A-G43
Patriot Intel Extreme Master 8GB DDR3 1600
CORSAIR Builder Series CX430 430W ATX12V v2.3
Asus DVD/CD Drive
Old 9500GT (only game I play is GTA: San Andreas so this will do)

Thanks in advance

Solution
The reason why shapes are not identical is because there is the ATX12V and the EPS12V specs for CPU power.

The good news is that they are interchangeable and your motherboard's connector can accommodate either..

Just upgraded to a EVGA GeForce GTX 650 1GB...I know it ain't "hardcore" but it'll do...I must say it better than that 9500GT :D
