Gigabyte 970A-DS3

I just recently bought this board from Tigerdirect Canada, because my first choice at another retailer (Asrock Extreme3) was sold out. The worker at Tigerdirect told me that it would be compatible with my FX-8320. but when i got home and check the CPU support list it didn't show the FX-8320 at all in the CPU Support list. I've only opened the box and checked the motherboard but haven't installed it knowing it's not going to work. when i return this motherboards, which motherboards would you recommend in the same budget and same/similiar features to go with my FX-8320 CPU.

Gigabyte or ASUS?

Would these boards be ready right of the box to have the 8320 installed or would they have to be flashed? >.<

For the ASUS, you might have to use the flashback feature available for the R2.0 board -1006 BIOS version required.
For the Gigabyte board, rev 3.0 does support it without a BIOS flash needed. The other rev (1.2, 1.1 or 1.0) might need flashing it.
