I am going to stick with the 1200w psu cause i'm planning on adding 7950 or 7970's in CF along with
modds to the case.
Keeping the Mushkin SSD cause it reviews well ;)
 
Looks OK to me, case and PSU are a bit overkill for my taste but it's up to you really.

I should mention though that the i5-2500k won't support PCI-e 3.0 as far as I know. Might want to get something cheaper then get the Ivy Bridge i5-2500k equivalent in a few months.

EDIT: 850W sounds like a wise choice =)
