How many watts do I need? i7-2700K - Will 430 Cut it?

Last piece of the puzzle is the PSU for my build. Would an Antec EarthWatts 430W Bronze Plus cut it? Here are the specifics:

i7-2700K CPU
Gigabyte Z68X-UD3H-B3 Mobo
Kingston Technology HyperX 16 GB Kit (4x4 GB Modules) 16 Quad Channel Kit 1600 (PC3 12800) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM RAM
Crucial 128 GB m4 2.5-Inch Solid State Drive SATA 6Gb/s CT128M4SSD2
Antec 302 Case
Hyper 212+ CPU Cooler
Asus 24xDVD±RW Serial ATA Internal OEM Drive DRW-24B1ST
No Video Card for now, using integrated, or I might use a simple low end dual monitor card
2 case fans (Maybe more in the future)
I then have 3 to 4 internal SATA/IDE type drives ranging from 1TB to 500GB WD Caviar Black, etc

I don't game much, but I use photoshop and plan to do some personal video editing eventually.

My budget is around $75+/-. Planning to buy from Amazon Prime if eligible, or NewEgg.

Any tips appreciated.

Yes buy a 2600k the 2700k is a waste of money for 100MHz speed difference.

Any other PSU's that are recommended that may be modular, have nice cable options, or anything like that?

Davcon, I got the i7-2700K for $179 as a price mistake that was honored, so I'm in the green on that one

The Antec is great. Compare prices and reviews and get the cheapest quality PSU. Modularity is only worthwhile if you're constantly opening your case to modify stuff.
