Water cooling for OC computer in not so great ventilation

Hi,

I'm considering overclocking my i7 920. The potential problem is that the computer is in a relatively tight spot for ventilation.
The front and back are open well enough but the sides/top have little ventilation area. (its stuffed into a desk cubbie for computers to fit). Since I really can't put the computer anywhere else, would a rear-ventilated water cooling solution be viable?

Yes, why not. They do make special mounts for Radiators to be mounted at the Back or front of a PC.
