[Solved] 5870 Performance Issues

Hi I have a Hd5870 graphic card.
When i installed the software from the original cd everything was fine.
Than i updated to the latest version and i cant see on the full screen any more.
I have 24" monitor but i see on 22" i think. There is a 2 cm black lane between the frame of the monitor and the image. Any help?

Is it solved like enabling GPU scaling to full screen in CCC?

..or changing the resolution.

and maybe refresh rate, but this happens in CRT Monitors not LCDs try setting the maximum resolution and make sure you didn't mess with the LCD original settings

Thank you guys I tried everything it seems it doesn't work only with the version from the original disk.
